What the form collects
The form asks for your name, email address, town or postcode, the type of property, the work needed and a description of the project. A phone number is optional. Please avoid including access codes, payment details or sensitive documents. We also record the submission time and a reference so your enquiry can be handled and a repeated send can be recognised.
Why it is used
Your details are used to respond to your request and discuss potential work. Where you ask for a survey, quote or work for yourself, this supports steps towards a contract. Handling other business enquiries and protecting the form against abuse are legitimate interests. The form does not sign you up to marketing.
Where your enquiry goes
A copy is saved privately on the website server before receipt is confirmed. An email notification is then sent to the Luxora Renovations mailbox at the address above. Lustre Digital provides the website and technical support, including the email delivery, and can access the stored enquiry where needed to operate or troubleshoot it.
External providers may process information outside the UK under their own service arrangements. If you use the WhatsApp or email links, the provider you choose also handles that communication under its own privacy terms.
How long information is kept
The website’s stored copy of your enquiry is deleted automatically after 90 days. Enquiry emails are kept for up to 12 months and then deleted, unless the enquiry leads to work. If it does, records of the job and payment are kept for six years for tax and accounting. Contact us if you would like your details deleted sooner.
Technical information and cookies
To stop spam and spot the same enquiry being sent twice, the form uses a security code and keeps scrambled (hashed) versions of your network address and email address. The website uses no cookies, advertising trackers, analytics or mailing-list tools.
The hosting server also processes technical request information, such as IP addresses and requested pages, to serve and protect the site. The site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, which receives the technical information needed to deliver them.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to access or correct your personal information, request deletion or restriction, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Other rights, including data portability, may apply depending on the circumstances. Contact us using the details above. You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
