Do you take on small jobs?

Yes. Not every job is a full renovation. We also handle maintenance, repairs and remedial work.

How does a project start?

Send the details using the form, WhatsApp or email. Every project then begins with a survey: a visit to see the property and talk it through. After that you get a quote for the work.

Do you work on rented properties and HMOs?

Yes: void turnarounds, HMO compliance and fire safety upgrades, maintenance and end-of-tenancy work. If you have several properties, one point of contact covers them all.
